A- After signing in/registering simply use the “Comment” box to describe the concerns you want to discuss with the smile expert. Tell us about specific problems that bother you and explain what you have been told by other dental professionals.

B- Upload photos as described in the samples. It is not necessary to provide every picture shown but the more information you supply, the better. At bare minimum try to provide a close up of a full smile and another with your primary cosmetic concern shown with your lips pulled gently back (if difficult to see otherwise). Be sure the photos are high quality before proceeding to the next step. Alternatively or in addition to the digital photographs, you can provide a link to a YOUTUBE video (refer to the sample), select the privacy level and post the link.

C- Select a participating Smile Expert and press the “Submit” button.

Your question will be sent confidentially to the Smile Expert that you selected and often within 24 hours you’ll have a response.
